Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server and a Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in serving or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and beverage service
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
