Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards. Assist with food preparation and food handling, adhering to all food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty beverages for guests.

Qualifications

Previous Indian restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of the food service industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in serving, food preparation, and food handling is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in hospitality is a plus, showcasing an understanding of guest satisfaction priorities. willingness to learn is essential. Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
