Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Service and Engagement
? Provide exemplary, guest-focused service, building rapport to ensure guest satisfaction.
? Master the menu, including preparation methods, ingredients, allergens, and daily features to confidently answer all guest inquiries.
? Proactively address guest concerns and queries, escalating to management when necessary.
? Assist guests with phone inquiries regarding products, events, and reservations.
Dining Room Operations
? Accurately take and place food and beverage orders using the POS system, adhering to all company standards.
? Efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests.
? Handle guest payments accurately and securely, following all cash handling policies.
? Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, tables, service stations, and washrooms.
? Prepare service items to ensure smooth operations, including:
? Polishing glassware and silverware.
? Restocking bar items and side stations.
? Replenishing beverages and condiments.
Teamwork and Professional Conduct ? Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates.
? Actively participate in team meetings and training seminars.
? Adhere to the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.
