Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Able to provide service with smiles. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment within the food industry. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
