Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Server/Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties

Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area by regularly cleaning countertops, floors, and cooking equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients. Help maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager. Support cooks and other kitchen staff during peak service times by providing assistance as required. Follow all food handling safety regulations to ensure a hygienic working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is beneficial.
