We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing transactions and assisting with product sales. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Process transactions using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling and credit card processing. Assist customers with product demos and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery during peak hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a server or cashier role is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome enthusiastic individuals willing to learn. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided for those unfamiliar. Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus, particularly if you have skills in product demonstrations or technical sales.
