We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food orders and cash transactions. Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Follow all restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene practices.

Skills

Experience in the food industry is preferred, with knowledge of restaurant operations. Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
