Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner. Process cash and credit transactions using the POS system. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards. Assist with inventory management as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Skills

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$21.43 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
