We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food orders and transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change as necessary.

Ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed during service.

Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and handling of transactions.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
