Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety and handling standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or credit transactions.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
