Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to standard recipes and ensure quality control. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation, culinary practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Experience with cash handling, basic math, and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential. Customer service experience is crucial for creating a positive dining experience for guests.
