We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. This role involves both serving customers and handling cash transactions, requiring effective communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare food items as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Follow all health regulations and company policies regarding food handling. Candidate who will be punctual for shift.
