Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Process transactions efficiently using the POS system, specifically Micros POS. Prepare food items according to safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Follow food handling procedures to guarantee food safety at all times.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in food preparation and handling within a restaurant setting. Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Previous experience in the food industry or serving roles is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
