What you'll do

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders and process transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Prepare food items with attention to detail while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Buss tables promptly to maintain a clean dining environment for guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality service Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, drawing on your culinary experience

Basic qualifications

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively Ability to work in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment

Preferred qualifications

Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry Familiarity with retail math concepts for efficient cash handling Experience in food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations
