Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, crafting high-quality beverages, and supporting daily floor operations. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and strives for excellence in every guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests. Prepare cocktails and beverages to Guru's quality and presentation standards. Support smooth floor operations, including section leadership and shift flow. Assist with opening, closing, and daily cash-out procedures. Guide and support team members during service, helping maintain consistency and pace. Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up. Uphold cleanliness, safety, and company policies at all times. Contribute to training new staff when needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous serving and bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and anticipate guest needs. Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits (willing to train the right person). Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A team-first mindset and passion for hospitality.
