As a Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Previous experience in food and beverage service, familiarity with POS systems, and strong time management skills are highly valued. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy hours. Uphold all health and safety standards related to food service and beverage preparation. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant or food industry service preferred; hospitality background is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all legal requirements and company policies. Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills; team-oriented attitude is essential.
