As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Manage guest requests promptly and effectively to enhance their dining experience. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Pay: $17.20-$32.54 per hour
