We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing, payments, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with knowledge of Micros POS systems being a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, including processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food service industry. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to bartending and hospitality. Pay: $17.20-$26.57 per hour
