Summary

As a Bartender or Server at Browns Socialhouse , you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable experiences for our guests. This position is right at the front in ensuring a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere, while allowing guest to feel at ease and looked after.

Responsibilities

Prepare and/or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages created by our design team! Have a strong understanding of our menu and house created dishes! Provide genuine guest engagement while qualifying a guests wants and needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area! Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Prep and prepare recipes for our beverage program

Requirements

1 year Serving/Bartending experience in casual fine dining (Will train the right candidates)

Flexible availability

Days, Nights, & Weekends. An upbeat and positive attitude, and a want to meet new people! Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. A team player mentality! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. SmartChoices certification
