Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Assist in opening and closing duties as required Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant area Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender/server in a restaurant or sports bar setting preferred Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy Must be of legal drinking age and able to obtain required certifications Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
