Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest services. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience through your knowledge of drinks and customer interaction.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Operate the POS system efficiently to manage orders and payments. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in cash handling procedures and experience with cashiering. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Familiarity with sanitization standards in food service environments. Experience in food handling, ensuring quality control of beverages served. Competence in operating POS systems for order processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Pay: $16.55-$40.32 per hour
