We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, creating memorable experiences for guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, communicating needs to management. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
