Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing assistance as needed. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests effectively. Support team members during busy shifts to enhance overall service efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours. Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus, including understanding sanitation practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $17.85-$22.00 per hour
