We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our Lounge and Tasting room team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft cocktails and a commitment to providing quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server /Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, contributing to a menu if desired, food production, retail sales of product, tastings, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages/ food according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service (SIR & Food Safe required).
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions and making change.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Flexible hours, including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for mixology and knowledge of various drink recipes is required.
