Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, managing cash transactions, and ensuring all safety and food handling standards are met. Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Serve food when required, assisting in food presentation and delivery to guests Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Hospitality mindset with a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local regulations)
