Responsibilities:

Server:

Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Provide exceptional service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.

Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.

Assist in maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Bartender:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and glassware.

Create innovative and visually appealing drink presentations.

Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner.

Take and process beverage orders accurately.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking bar supplies.

Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area.

Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

Server:

Previous serving experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus.

Bartender:

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques. TIPS or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and creativity in drink preparation.
