Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Server to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for fine dining, and an understanding of the level of service required in a Michelin-star setting. As a Server at [Restaurant Name], you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has an extraordinary and memorable dining experience from the moment they walk through the door until their last course.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service to guests.
Communicate the menu offerings, including specials and wine pairings, in a clear and engaging manner.
Ensure the dining area is meticulously set up and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with grace and professionalism.
Collaborate with fellow team members to create a cohesive and positive work environment.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and wine list.

Qualifications:
Previous fine dining or Michelin-star experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fine dining environment.
