will play a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable experience through excellent service and beverage knowledge.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using proper techniques. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of each shift. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during serving and preparation of drinks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; hospitality background is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests promptly. Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
