Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team at Chula Taberna in Toronto. He/she will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and crafting delicious cocktails that enhance our guests' dining experience. This position is vital in upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Manage inventory of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings.

Qualifications

Must have experience as a waitress/waiter. Must be fast, reliable be able to multi-task and hardworking. Proven 1 year experience as a Bartender or in a similar role in the food service industry is required. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and customer service principles. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with POS systems (Toasts) is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
