Overview

Join a well established, upscale Italian restaurant located in downtown Toronto's theatre district. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional who is equally strong on the floor as they are behind the bar. The Ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of combined serving and bartending experience, brings professionalism to every shift and is passionate about delivering high level service. Full availability is a requirement.

Duties

Provide polished, attentive and personalized service to guests in a fast paced, upscale dinning environment. Demonstrate quick and knowledgable bartending skills, including crafting classic and signature cocktails with precision and efficiency. Manage a full section while maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail. Anticipate guests needs and ensure an elevated dinning experience from start to finish. Fully knowledgable of our wine list, cocktail and a la carte menus. Collaborate effectively with co workers to ensure smooth service during high volume periods. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
