We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Micros POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks and serving food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and order processing. A background in hospitality or bartending is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to serve customers effectively in a busy setting.
