Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ server to join our dynamic team. As an employee, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a passion for the food and beverage industry, along with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable. Uphold health and safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently. Knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
