Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/ Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of mixology. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe environment and assist guests as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to maintain high levels of service.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling procedures. Excellent math skills for accurate cash management and drink measurements. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders efficiently. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. SMART SERVE MANDATORY

Pay: $16.55-$17.00 per hour
