Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong multitasking skills, and be knowledgeable about food and beverage operations. As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently preparing and serving drinks in accordance with safety and quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with diverse patrons and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Duties



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during transactions. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns. Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with legal requirements. Follow food handling procedures when serving snacks or food items alongside beverages. Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned, including cleaning and inventory checks.

Requirements



Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings is preferred, especially with serving or bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of the food industry trends and hospitality best practices is a plus. Must be at least 21 years old (or age specified by local regulations) to serve alcohol legally. Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour
