Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting low stock levels. Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Experience with POS systems and cashiering is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
