Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of bartending practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Banquet experience is an asset
