We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is an asset. Experience with cash handling processes is beneficial. Must possess strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
