As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with an understanding of restaurant operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
