Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Browns Socialhouse Salisbury Gate. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.

Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
