Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the bar area and upholding food safety standards.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain efficient service without compromising quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and making change accurately.

Pay: $17.79-$19.68 per hour
