We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the POS system. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

Previous Bartending/Serving experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
