Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes or customer preferences while ensuring a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
