Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/ Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving NON ALCOHOLIC beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all patrons feel welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and bubble tea drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all payments are processed correctly. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to food handling regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and alcohol regulations is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
