Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking individuals with experience in bartending and serving to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are looking for 2 part-time staff who can work a mix of day (11am-5pm) and night (5pm-2:30am) shifts.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and restaurant area and equipment
- Check identification to ensure customers meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Experience:

- Previous experience in serving and bartending is required (1 year minimum)
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a friendly demeanor
