The concept of the restaurant is elevated fusion-bistro + cocktail & wine focused + professional yes personable service (no script). There will also be a good amount of vegan and non-alcoholic offerings. : Our service team is responsible for a great deal at Then & Now Restaurant. In addition to ensuring that our valued guests are being provided with the exceptional dining experience, you will also be responsible for handling guests\xe2\x80\x99 reservation inquiries, making food and beverage recommendations, and retaining the knowledge about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials. Because we are a small team, everyone must wear different hats! You must be a self-starter and have excellent interpersonal skills. Passionate and proud to work in the hospitality world. Beverage knowledge regarding wine, cocktails and beer is a must. Bartending experience is preferred. You must be familiar with the industry\xe2\x80\x99s best practices and have a good understanding of health and safety.
