Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of professionalism will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities



Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately, including making change and processing credit card payments. Uphold time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements



Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in bartending or a similar role. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A valid bartending certification or relevant training is preferred but not required.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $15.30-$18.48 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
