Responsibilities

Adheres to Serving it Right standards while providing an exceptional food and beverage experience for our valued Marriott guests

Attends to guests in the bar, restaurant, and lounge/patio as needed

Creates alcoholic beverages for 75 West Coast Grill Restaurant/Bar guests with attention to detail, flair, and passion

Presents food and beverage program with enthusiasm and strong menu knowledge

Performs quality check with guests within 5 minutes of serving food/drink

Manages cash/credit transactions with accuracy and ensures all cash-handling procedures are followed with integrity

Assists with maintaining bar stock levels

Performs server and bartender duties as required

Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to resolve guest matters

Performs other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Good knowledge of food, wine, spirits and beer Strong customer service and charismatic personality

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays & weekly as business requires

A trustworthy, polished, professional who supports the team Minimum of 2+ years previous serving and bartender experience is essential where bar knowledge is moderate or better Can work well with minimal supervision Experience with Micros or a similar POS System a big asset Works well under pressure "Serving it Right" certification required and bartending courses a big asset

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
