Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, ensuring an excellent customer experience through attentive service and hospitality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions. Serve food and beverages responsibly, ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices. Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with opening or closing duties as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
