Job Description

The Victoria Club is a private social club that offers a wide range of activities and amenities for its members, including bowling, pool, and shuffleboard. At the Victoria Club, we take pride in 100 years of providing our members with a comfortable and inclusive environment.

We are looking for a skilled and customer oriented part-time Bartender/Server to join our team. As a bartender/server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet & Interact with our members & Guest in a friendly and professional manner

Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, spirits & colas.

Maintaining an accurate & balanced cash float

Maintain overall cleanliness & organization of the facility including but not limited to: Restocking supplies as needed, vacuuming, mopping, & other overall cleaning duties as directed by management.

Adhere to all relevant Health & Safety regulations

Collaborate with other team members & management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Opening & closing of facility as required

Requirements

Minimum one-year bartender/server experience

The availability to work a wide range of shifts - Afternoons, evenings & weekends

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

Completion of Serve it Right
