We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and food safety practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. Pay: From $17.20 per hour
